• Hole Sponsorship only – $51.80
  For this option, your company will be sponsoring the hole with no contest or dinner included. A sign with the company logo will be on the hole.
  
  Price includes a credit card processing fee.
• Hole Sponsorship, includes dinner & awards ceremony – $77.00
  Not a golfer, but would like to sponsor a hole? Perhaps host a contest? This option is for you. Let us know if you're hosting a contest (admin@umapp.org). The $75 cost includes the hole sponsorship, sign, (optional) contest, AND a full buffet dinner along with the awards celebration and networking.
  
  Cost includes a credit card processing fee of $2.00.
• Networking Only Registration – $31.20
  Not a golfer or hole sponsor? Join us for a day of connection and conversation. Come early and take in the atmosphere and/or join us for dinner and networking for $30 (4:30).
• Only donate to the swag bag or door prize (no hole sponsorship)
  Not golfing or sponsoring a hole, but wish to have a product in our swag bag or provide a door prize? Use this form. Also, please provide a link to the proposed item; our committee will need to approve the item in advance. The product must be useful, thoughtful, preferably sustainable, and valuable to our attendees.
