College Scholarship

UMAPP Partners with the Promotional Products Education Foundation (PPEF) to manage our college scholarship program.

We offer a $1,250 collegiate scholarship through a competitive application process available to all staff of UMAPP member companies and their children.  

Why PPEF?  The Promotional Products Education Foundation is an industry-based educational, charitable, and nonprofit organization.   PPEF awards college scholarships to students who have a parent working in the promotional products industry or who are working for a company in the industry. 

• High school seniors should complete the 4-year application (which will enter them for the UMAPP one-year, $1,250 scholarship as well as any PPEF scholarship). 
  
  
• Current college students should complete the one-year application (and choose "UMAPP" as their regional when prompted).  

Membership in UMAPP will be verified with PPEF before the scholarship award is given.

Professional Development Scholarship

UMAPP's program consists of three, $500 scholarships available to staff of UMAPP member companies.  Recipients are chosen by a separate UMAPP committee who reviews each application and awards the scholarships based on need and professional development goals. 

The scholarships may be used for any professional development.  New guidelines for 2025!

2026 CAS/MAS Scholarship Application - available starting January 1, 2025 (must be completed by October 31, 2025).
