With hundreds of exhibitor lines and thousands of products, this show is perfect for generating new ideas and establishing valuable connections. Invite a client to explore the extensive range of promotional products available to enhance their marketing efforts. Distributors who have brought clients report that their clients were impressed by the variety of products, leading to increased business.

A buffet sandwich and salad lunch ticket is available for pre-purchase for yourself and/or clients. Purchased tickets will be placed inside each person's registration package to be picked up at the show.

Conflict Resolution: A 21st Century Competency

According to a study by CPP, Inc, U.S. Employees spend 2.8 hours per week dealing with workplace conflict. The cost to business is $359 billion annually in paid work hours. Conflict resolution skills are truly a critical competency for business today. As promotional products professionals, who deal with employees, vendors, and distributers your success, in part depends on managing and resolving conflict.

Join Karen Black of Insight Edge, as we examine conflict. What is it? What are the misconceptions, and how do we address it? It will be an interactive conversation!

The objectives for the session are as follows:

1. Participants will examine the nature of conflict.

2. Participants will better understand conflict myths.

3. Participants will better understand how to resolve conflict with stakeholders.

UMAPP members can earn CEUs by completing a form at the event with their PIN number and returning it to the registration table.
