Room Show - Supplier Application to be on the Ballot

Suppliers! It's time to apply to be on the ballot for an invitation to the UMAPP Room Show Sales Safari.  The show is on Thursday, May 1, 2025.

There are 11 suppliers who will be invited to exhibit at this show. 

• Complete the application

• Forward the company logo and a photo (if possible) of the sales rep that is expected to attend the show. Send this to: admin@umapp.org 
  
  
• Every supplier who applies (and is eligible - see below) will be placed on a ballot with the information provided. 
  
  
• The ballot goes out to UMAPP's distributor email database. They choose the suppliers they wish to see exhibit. The ten suppliers who receive the most votes plus one the committee chooses (for a total of 11 suppliers), will be invited to exhibit at the show. 
  
  
• New for 2025:  Of the 10 suppliers chosen by the distributors, two must be new to UMAPP, never exhibited at the show, or haven't exhibited at the show for the past 8 years. 
  
  
• We plan to have the final slate of exhibitors chosen by the end of November. 
  
  
• The cost to exhibit is $1,350 which includes breakfast, lunch, meeting room for eleven, 25-minute presentations to rotating groups of distributors, and a follow up spreadsheet of registrations and contact information.

Ineligible Suppliers (Exhibited in 2023 or 2024). 

Past exhibitors must stay off the ballot for two full shows.
