StoneRidge Golf Course
Exit 253 on Highway 94 between Woodbury and Hudson, WI
11:30 am  | Sandwiches and chips - sit down and enjoy lunch 
12:30 pm | Grab & Go lunch for all golfers who arrive at this time 
1:00 pm  | Shotgun start 

$125 per golfer which includes lunch, cart, swag bag, tournament results, range off mats, live scoring, and awards 

Hole in One Contest - win a $5,000 prize and $5,000 will also be donated to the Wounded Warrior Project

Additional prizes: 

• A Club Glove golf travel bag and rolling duffel on the longest remaining par 3 
• An iPad on the second longest remaining par 3 
• $250 Pro Shop gift certificate on the shortest remaining par 3 
  

Awards given for the men's and women's longest drive, 1st and 2nd place, and closest to the pin

• Hole in One Sponsor 
• Hole Sponsors  - $100 per hole or $150 for two 
• 25% of all hole sponsorship revenue will go to the Wounded Warrior Project 
• Tournament Sponsor -  $500 
  • Receive logo on pin flags - all 18 holes with one additional flag to keep 
  • Logo on all marketing materials 
    
    

Registration for golf will be separate from the show registration - open to all supplier and distributor members of UMAPP, and their clients.
