We will look at the elements of an effective website including overall design and usability, the integration of product research and presentation tools, the importance of responsiveness/mobile in today’s mobile-driven world, and the impact social media along with a few tips on how to use it effectively as part of your engagement efforts.

 

We will also include the latest research on digital marketing and explore ways to use video, blogs, and email marketing to build and grow relationships with your customers that will keep them coming back for more, as well as touch on the basics of search engine optimization (SEO) and ways to use analytics to help refine your digital efforts.
