About Tim Brown MAS:  As executive director - operations for the Quality Certifcation Alliance, Brown is responsible for the overall direction and operational oversight. Prior to joining QCA, he was the product responsibility manager at Promotional Products Association International (PPAI) for three years. He got his start in the industry with six years as a supplier relationship manager at Cintas Branded Apparel & Promotional Products. He has also been active with the Tri-State Promotional Professionals Association (TSPPA) as a board member from 2009-2012 and then serving as board president in 2012. He was named a PPB Rising Star in 2012.

About Tom Riordan: After graduating from Gonzaga University, Spokane, WA in 1975, Thomas Riordan spent three years in the automobile business.  In 1978, he started a company that imported wood products from Honduras.  In 1980, he founded Maple Ridge Farms and is its president.  He has been a frequent speaker at industry education days.  His views on the food gift business have been quoted in Newsweek magazine, as well as various industry publications.
